Delete your account

Plant Pad works without an account, and your plant diary lives on your device. There is nothing to delete on our side unless you turned on the optional cloud backup.
The data on your phone
Deleting the app removes everything it kept locally — your plants, photos, logs and settings. On iOS and Android you can also clear just the data from Settings → Clear Data inside the app, and keep the app installed.
The cloud backup, if you used it
If you signed in to back your diary up, email us and we will delete the stored copy and the account it is attached to.
Email a deletion request
Send it from the address you signed in with, or tell us that address, so we can find the right account.

- We reply to confirm we have the request.
- The cloud copy and the account are deleted within 30 days, usually much sooner.
- Backups roll off within a further 30 days.
- Anything already on your device stays until you remove the app.
